There was a long line to purchase tickets but it moved pretty quickly. The tickets being sold when were arrived around 11am were for a 1:45 ride to the top. So, depending on how busy it is you might have some time to kill waiting...More

My wife had bought our tickets ahead of time, but not necessary. It did save us some time. I really enjoyed the three separate 4 minute videos on the way into the elevators. The view on top is why you should go!

Quite interesting building, (this is the one with the famous picture of the builders sitting on the scaffold pole). The tour stars with a brief history of the bulding and then you go up the elevator (love the ride up - but wont spoil it)....More

Hello! You should schedule your first entry when you purchase your tickets online. You will be allowed to immediate entry at your leisure when you return for your second visit.

Hello! Yes, you may choose your preferred date and time by presenting the Viator vouchers in person at the Top of the Rock box office. One person may exchange the vouchers for the whole party.
