Went at 8:00 pm so we could see the skyline at night!! It was one of favorite places we visited. Beautiful sky!! At that time of night it was not very crowded. We were able to go right up!!

We went to all three levels. Great pics from all. We arrived morning and purchased tickets for later in the day. You need to arrive at time of your tour. No place to wait so don’t need to arrive much earlier.

There were people using selfie sticks when we were there so as long as it's hand held and not needing to be put up in a space as a tripod would I would think it's ok but maybe try and call/ email them to check.

Yes, all done on the phone, via their website. And there’s no need to collect or print; you’ll get an e-ticket on your email with a QPR code which the staff scan at the door.
