Booked as part of the City Pass, this is a must visit in NYC! We went up at 10pm to see Manhattan and Empire State by night and were amazed with the views. Highly recommended and very friendly staff.

The 360 degrees view is fantastic, but not quite sure if it’s worth the 30 bucks we paid for it. There are two platforms and the view is basically the same. You should definitely not go here if it’s rainy or foggy.
