The cruise itself was good it's the people that sell the tickets on the street that earn this a poor rating. We were walking by docks and a representative of Liberty Cruise line stopped us and tried to sell us tickets. He told us the reason they were $35 each was because there was free pastry and drinks on the... More

c0cch, we are terribly sorry for this experience! We do appreciate the feedback, whether positive or negative as it does help us improve our services. We are happy to know you did enjoy the cruise itself! But of course, no one should be treated the way you were treated. Call customer care and give us more details on this so... More

I was walking to Staten Island ferry on 17/04/17 at approximately 11am when I was approached by a representative from the City sightseeing new york cruises. He asked me if I was interested in taking part in a cruise and I said no. He then continue to walk along with me harassing me. I continued to tell him that I... More

Went on this cruise on a beautiful sunny day. The tour guide was knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the sights of the skyline, Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, Statue of Liberty, Governors' Island, Ellis Island to name a few. It was great fun and would definitely recommend, we paid $29 each.

We had a 72 hour pass which we thought was activated when we first used it but it was actually activated as soon as we exchanged our booking for tickets so be careful! The weather wasn't great the first couple of days so you either froze on the open deck (not their fault) or sat behind advertising with very little... More

Staring up from the base of skyscrapers and catching glimpses of familiar landmarks didn't make me feel like I was in New York. Only after hitting the water did all the pieces fall into place, allowing me get my bearing in this city I've seen so many times before but never visited. I'd recommend boarding at Pier 11 (near Wall... More

Or first trip to NYC. The bus hop on and hop off was great. It gives you a chance to see the sights and do less walking. You pick and choose what and where you get off. We loved it, except realize it stops by 6:00pm. We got suck in the financial district and needed to take the subway back... More

We weren't in New York for long but had a long list of must-sees. If you're feet are hurting but you wish to see a few places then this is the way to go! And decent price! We enjoyed the ride, and we got a beautiful day. The tour guide was funny. People just need to realize that sitting on... More

-Booked through a 3rd party and times listed were for the summer season, every hour. When we arrived we were informed that the boats run every 2 hours. -Boarding starts early, mostly because they want to force you into a group photo. Not really my thing and I don't care for the 'sales-pitch' aspect of it. -We took the 2pm... More
