It depends on which tour you take - I took the Where's Brooklyn At tour and it departed from Brooklyn itself - at The Aloft Brooklyn Hotel, 216 Duffield St, Brooklyn and dropped us off at the Barclays Centre.

The Harlem Hip hop tour is very interactive for kids as well as adults. We did see Rucker Park on the tour too!
