Brought high school band and had an amazing time. Augustin Hadelich was amazing. Did not like Janacek selection. Dvorak selections were great.

Incredible performance! We had a beautiful evening out watching the New York Philharmonic. The music was emotional and the musicians were flawless. I would recommend this to anyone, even if you're not an expert in classical music!

While the acoustics are not so wonderful in some areas, the music is excellent. In the from rows, it can be quite loud while in the upper tiers the sound seems attenuated.

It should be on everyone' s Bucket List...the Opera. If you can't afford the high priced tickets go for the $30. one available in the nose bleed section, but a wonderful way to see, hear and understand what opera is all about.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the orchestra. The music was beautiful and the David Geffen center had great acoustics. After hearing this orchestra I can see why they are considered one of the top 20 orchestras in the world.

An iconic way to spend a NY evening. David Geffen hall is a great space with an amazing terrace overlooking the fountain.

I'm interested in attending the upcoming concert in Central Park, but want to know how crazy it is? How early do you need to get there? Bathrooms? Any insight would be helpful!

The photo on the Philharmonics webpage under Concert & Tickets says it all. Yes, it is very crowded. Many people get there 3 hours early and bring their lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets (with wine). Even if you get... More
