We came to NYC to get married and went here the next night, I can honestly say it was our favourite thing that we did whilst in NYC. Steve Maglio and The Stan Rubin Orchestra were absolutely brilliant, we were blown away. Next time I am in NYC we are coming back here! We booked premier seats and were right... More

Wow wow wow. Reserved premier seats and we were practically part of the orchestra! Fantastic night and the girls hosting and serving drinks were incredible, wished my friend happy birthday when we arrived, and were so polite, smiling and checked we were good for drinks all night long. The Stan Rubin Orchestra were exceptional. Highly recommended

This is a "must stop" for me on each of my trips to NYC. The service from Scott at the bar and Kat and her colleagues on the floor are excellent. Their are regulars which are hilarious to listen to as they banter at the bar and the selection of beverages is solid. The two floor set up is also... More

There only a few cigar bars left in NYC sadly. But if I want to watch a game or hear some live music or just talk with friends, I have gone to Carnegies often. I have never been disappointed.. It can be pricy but a fun memory maker. I think they have a $10 cover charge if you bring your... More

I love a cigar and my friends took me here whilst in New York for that very reason. What they didn't know, is just how cool this place was and how it felt we were stepping back in time - or maybe on to an old gangster flick. This place is what I imagine NYC to have been like in... More

We stopped by after dinner for coffee, cigars and a drink. Perfect cigar bar atmosphere, roomy and cozy. The bartender was extremely helpful and polite. The cigar was limited and could be enhanced.

The Carnegie Club is a real treasure for cigar smokers. The leather chairs and couches were welcoming and made for a cozy, intimate atmosphere in which to listen to music while enjoying a good cigar and nice cocktail.

This is a really neat place to come and relax and smoke a cigar. The cigar menu is decent and cover is built into the price of these. You can also buy from the Davidoff store around the corner and show your receipt to avoid the cutting fee. Drinks are excellent - I recommend the old fashioneds and Sazeracs.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
