Who cares if you have seen Chicago a dozen times, the show at the Ambassador warrants another visit! So great and terrific theater. It is a fairly small venue so I don't think you could have a bad view no matter where you sat. Highly...More
Great show but seats were uncomfortable and there is only one bathroom for a huge theater. The line during intermission was huge and a very long wait. Need to install another restroom to accommodate the large crowds.
Easy to book online. And the theatre is very accessible as nearby Times Square. Efficiently shown to our seats. Comfortable and we enjoyed the Chicago with Cuba Gooding Jnr. Now that Lion King is on I love to be back in rhe Ambassador theatre!

We bought tickets on the day for evening performance of Chicago. Centre mezzanine level 5 rows from the front so great view of the stage. Is a small theatre but as it was busy created a great vibe and atmosphere.
My husband won tickets to see Chicago and a gift card to a restaurant across the street. We sat in the 2nd row and had a great view of the show. The theatre is not huge, so it seems like you'd have a good view...More
This theatre doesn’t really have a bad seat in the house. You will feel up close and personal from anywhere. This is my second time seeing this production but the staging is very different for this smaller venue. We LOVED it! I would have given...More
We booked in advance, to guarantee best seats, you could go to the box office in Times Square, but be prepared to queue for tickets, that whilst they might be cheaper, but there’s no guarantee what you’ll get.
