Wow, what a great show. Fun packed from start to finish, highly recommended. Great cast and a great venue. One word of warning, the queue for the restrooms in the interval is very large!

This theatre doesn’t really have a bad seat in the house. You will feel up close and personal from anywhere. This is my second time seeing this production but the staging is very different for this smaller venue. We LOVED it! I would have given...More

We booked tickets online to see Chicago (one of the few showing on a Monday evening). The queue to get into the theatre moved quickly and it was easy to find our seats. There was a limited selection of snacks available to purchase. The show...More

Typical of many Broadway theatres, but very easy to get to your seats and Chicago was a great show. Sight lines are good almost everywhere, except at the far side seats. Avoid those last few. Upper level seats, at least, have very little leg room.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. They could not help us enough in securing out tickets for the show. Chicago is my favourite show of all times and when we booked our holiday to New York we made sure we got...More

Amazing performers. Appalling ushers - 2 mins after the show had started a female usher was shining a touch in my direction and yelling that we were in the wrong seats as she had a group of 3 people who had apparently convinced her that...More

Hello, Suzanne: I apologize for your experience. A Telecharge Customer Service Representative should have been in contact with you. We've received your first inquiry through that outlet. Best, Brian Theatre Operations

We were seated at the front of the mezzanine which gave us a good view of the stage, but there is no leg room. Thankfully Chicago was fabulous and that helped take our minds off the seats! The price of wine at $27 dollars, even...More

Honestly, I am not a huge fan of musicals but as a foreigner visiting New York for the first time, it was a must have experience. The Ambassador Theatre is a very old building with the feel and the smell that goes with that. And...More

We purchased front row seats on the mezzanine and happy as the seats are small and squashed but more comfortable as no one in front of us. It’s a small theatre but this makes the atmosphere even more exciting. The only problem we found were...More

We booked in advance, to guarantee best seats, you could go to the box office in Times Square, but be prepared to queue for tickets, that whilst they might be cheaper, but there’s no guarantee what you’ll get.

You can call 212-239-6200 or 800-447-7400. There is no direct line to the theater, but you will be able to speak with the theater and ticketing reps.
