Description:

The first and most famous studio tour in television history is now better...

The first and most famous studio tour in television history is now better than ever. It's more in depth. More interactive. And, above all, more fun.

You’ll enjoy behind-the-scenes access to the studios where your favorite

shows are made. Like Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring

Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers and more.

An NBC Page will serve as your host and behind-the-scenes expert,

guiding you through the historic halls of 30 Rock. You’ll learn about the entire TV production process, from the writing process and producing to the ways TV content gets to your home.

You’ll then experience it all first hand as you and your fellow Tour guests produce your own show in our brand new Tour Studio. You can then

download your show to keep for free.

Eh, so so.

We didn't think this was so great. It was a lot of going into empty studios, not a lot of info or really fun. I have been on studio tours before and they were so much better.

My teenage boys and I enjoyed this tour. We saw the Saturday Night Live set and Jimmy Fallon's as well. The tour guide was great (I'm sure that's just the luck of the draw) and it was pretty cool to be behind the scenes. I'd love to come back and be in the Jimmy Fallon audience sometime. Couldn't do it... More

Nothing was taping the day we were there so we were a little disappointed that all we got to see was a few empty sets (Dr Oz, Jimmy Kimmel, SNL). Tour guides were somewhat robotic and bored. I wd pass next time.

I am a huge SNL fan so it was cool to see the stages where it all takes place, however I think the price is too steep to see nothing, no one and empty stages. We saw Dr Oz set, Football night in America and SNL studio(which is the biggest one) I had read the tripadvisor reviews before going so... More

We did the NBC tour and was not impressed. I agree with other reviews.....lots of time doing nothing but going through security and in elevators etc. Even if the tour was free I wouldn't do it again nor would I recommend it. 90 minutes wasted in NYC. The guides were pretty unimpressive as well.

They took us to 3 studios. The pamphlet list tons of studios you will see but we only went in 3. It was interesting to do once but was a little disappointed for the money that we didn't see that much.

I would not pay for this tour as it was not worth it when there was other things to do. We had new York passes and the top of the rock was not an option due to visibility. The guides were the best part of the tour.

Have done this tour twice, Last year thought the people were all rude and the tour was not worth it at all but thought I would give it a second chance. This years tour was worse. Employees still rude and push you through and do not care about anything but your money. Put you through a 10 minute security line,... More

An overpriced tourist rip off. $25 per person. Tour takes approximately 55 minutes and consists of: 10 minute movie of what a great place NBC is to the world 10 minutes to go through the security line and ride an elevator 10 minutes in the NBC News studio (Brian Williams) set 10 minutes in a room where they show you... This tour is great if you are a big fan of tv and 100% understand that you are going to be visiting empty studios. Our tour was on Sunday which I was told by the lady on the phone when we booked the tickets that this is the best day to go because no one is taping at that time... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
