The tour was a total of the museum, memorial and one world observatory. We skipped all the lines when we bought this on-line and let me tell you, that saved us several lines like as if we were at Disneyland. Anyhow, Ray, our tour guide,...More

The personal approach to this tour from someone who lived through the events of 9/11 as a young child made the tour so very real for us. Nathalie was honest and interesting whilst very obviously committed to telling the story as fully as possible.

Elizabeth was fantastic - the stories she told (many from her personal experience of 9/11) brought tears to our eyes ! She had us in her thrall and our subsequent visit to the Observation Tower was an anti climax, albeit also great.

Such an emotional tour was dealt with such extra ordinary courage and humour by Tauren. The time passed incredibly quickly and Tauren was well knowledged and happy to share her own stories. Tauren was very kind and I can’t recommend her enough.

Yes you need tickets. The tour and museum are separate. Some people just wanted the tour. We did both for additional cost. It $69 total for both of them. Museum was well worth seeing.
