Ibeth conducted a very thorough, fact-filled tour of the area. She responded well to questions and expanded on her initial comments. She is obviously very knowledgeable and has personal experience with events of 9/11.

Yes you need tickets. The tour and museum are separate. Some people just wanted the tour. We did both for additional cost. It $69 total for both of them. Museum was well worth seeing.

You can just go around by yourselves if you prefer it’s just a big open space.
