Ray was our guide for this tour. My 14 yr old son said he was probably the best tour guide he’s ever had. We all agreed that taking this tour from someone who lived through this event was the best way to experience it.

James was our tour guide and did an exceptional job. He made the tour very personal by telling his own story of where he was and the impact that the attacks had on him. He also answered every question and was very accommodating.

Yes you need tickets. The tour and museum are separate. Some people just wanted the tour. We did both for additional cost. It $69 total for both of them. Museum was well worth seeing.
