Had a great experience with our 3 and 7 year old at Player's in Greenwich Village. Small theatre, intimate and actors stayed after to meet the children. They pulled together a 1 hour version of Christmas Carol and performances were better than expected.

Terrible music, the composition of it made no sense. Singing and acting were awful, with the exception of Dr. Frankenstein. All of the rest of the performers could not sing or act, and the sets were threadbare with some of the worst costuming I’ve ever...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
