We saw two shows at the New World Stages while in NYC for Labor Day. The first show we saw was The Imbible. It was a great show about the history of man and drinking told in a bar by the bar staff! It included...More

If you go to the discounted TIX box office in Times Square of the South Street Seaport, look for the shows at New World Stages. They have five plays all going at the same time and they're awesome. They serve liquor inside and outside and...More

We went to see the Gazillion Bubble show and I've been to the New World Stages and saw the Avenue Q show last year. The venue is wonderful. Elevators for easy access and a very "industrial" designed construction. Great staff and beautiful stage and lighting.

We went to a performance of The Jersey Boy's. The theater was small and just about every seat was a good one. The show was very good and everyone in our party enjoyed it.

My family of 5 (with three teenagers) who are all Harry Potter "nerds" went to the matinee and their reaction was priceless! They thoroughly enjoyed the show put in by the 11 actors on the one set show. If you enjoyed reading Harry Potter, it...More

Our first time at this theater. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great if you need a little more time to get around... wide hallways and elevators. There were a fair number of folks with a bit of gray in their hair enjoying the show. Not quite...More

My kids (10 and 11) were very excited to see this show, being avid Harry Potter fans. However, we walked disappointed. We had some laughs, but not the overwhelming laughter we read in reviews. Plus, I didn't realize there were two versions of the play....More
