There are not enough words for me to express how moving this visit was. I am so glad we took the private tour as it gave the visit a really personal touch. I'd absolutely recommend this, plus you don't have to stand in the huge queue outside! This is a must visit place and the tour guides are professional and... More

We took a Private 9/11 Memorial Tour and I would HIGHLY recommend it! Kate was our guide and she did such an amazing job explaining the fountains and why they were designed that way, the placement of the victims names and the importance of the trees on the property. She was able to tell stories of the victims that were... More

The guided tour is a must, our guide Daniel was brilliant. He really showed his connection to NYC and the memorial centre throughout the tour. He answered any questions freely and was very sensitive to all guests and understanding of the emotions raised through the tour. My partner and I learned a lot from the tour; things we wouldn't have... More

It is a great attraction that most people are aware of in some form. The attraction does cause one to think deeply about how ideas affect reality. The actual site is free to enter, which is a bonus. Both towers have memorials that can be viewed. The surroundings are also very picturesque. Ground Zero has stalls that sell 9/11 memorabilia.... More

My girlfriends and I booked a walking tour at the 911 Tribute Memorial. We have all visited the site several times but this tour was certainly a memorable one. Our two tour guides were just awesome. One was a news reporter and one was a retired fire fighter who told his story of that tragic day. It was pretty intense... More

We all learnt so much about the Memorial and the site on the tour. Headsets where really good as it blocked out the city noise and we could hear clearly what our guide was talking about. Very emotional when you start to learn why things at the memorial have been done the way they are. If not for this tour... More

We wanted to see the 9/11 trade centre memorial. Admission $24 each.... tour was fantastic and educational. We had heavy hearts the entire time... the dedication to the victims and all the first responders were beautiful. I recommend seeing this as it's now a huge part of history.

Walking around in a small group (5) before the place is open was simply the best and in my opinion the only way to visit. You get and amazing tour plus access to the museum in silence. Very fitting and emotional.

I am so glad we went to this tour. We had to be there by 8am but we had a whole hour to ourselves before the museum opened. It got busy quickly. The tour was very well done and I learned a lot. It was intense but you could stop listening or walk away at any time. Our sixteen year... More

We were toured by Joshua Hirsch. We were a group of 9 people ranging in age from 7-50. Joshua represented that we would have tour of the memorial and museum. His tour was very disappointing. I was expecting much more information about the memorial itself and the impact of 9/11 on the surrounding neighborhood. Joshua barely spoke about the event... More
