My daughter gets so excited when we tell her we are going to Victorian Gardens. It truly is a gem having such a sweet amusement park for kids smack in the middle of Manhattan. It used to be such a trek to get to Coney island, the only other amusement park "close by" if you don't have a car. My... More

Victorian Gardens is a amusement park located inside of Central Park. It's located at the Wollman rink. Children under 36" are free with a paying adult. They have unlimited wristbands which are worth paying for being that otherwise it is $1 per ticket. The rides take multiple tickets. The UNLIMITED wrist bands are $23 on a weekday and $26 on... About a dozen rides for kids, many for young children, if child is 36", must be accompanied by adult for many of the rides. Appropriate/fun for kids 10 and under. Not crowded when we went so no lines. I bought the unlimited rides ticket and my family (of 5) went on all the rides at least twice, some 3 or... More

My first time with two of my grandkids. They have been here many times before with their parents. You know it's good when they leave with smiles and want to know if they can come back again soon! I must say that everything was great. It was a weekday visit, so no long lines. The prices were more than fair... More

We spent about 3 hours in this wonderful little amusement park in scorching heat but the kids were still happy!! Great rides, specially the Family Swinger, Rockin' Tug, Happy Swing & Kite Flyer. Good for small kids as well as teenagers (and tiring for adults!)

Perfect place for a family with young children! Mini carnival in the city, surrounded by the Central Park trees creates a fun magical feel. There is probably 10 rides, a few carnival games, and carnival snacks (cotton candy, soda etc.) These rides are geared towards young children, Id say 7 and younger. Parents can join on a few if the... More

If you have young children this is a must-do while visiting the city. I would not recommend it on a really hot day but the rides are all really fun and in good condition. The staff is friendly and I even was able to get a healthy salad for lunch. I bought the pass which lets you ride unlimited so... More

Beautiful old-fashioned park which makes you remember all the attraction that you used to like. The young kids will have a good time here. Get ready to spend, considering the thrill of attractions, this place is quite expensive.

We came here on a recent visit to New York to meet up with my son and grandson. There were 6 of us so the cost was not minimal as they charge for you to enter the gardens. We bought 4 tickets to enter the park and 2 unlimited ride tickets, 1 for the grandson who is nearly 4 and... More
