Brookfield Place is a wonderful place to visit for shopping and just to relax. They have some neat little restaurants to eat at like Skinny Pizza and mercantile and a Mexican or Sushi place. The atrium is beautiful with palm trees and large glass windows.

Nice mall to visit after the 9/11-memorial. Also has a ice skating rink on the other side of the mall facing the Hudson River.

This is a fun shopping destination, although the brands that are sold there are pretty expensive. The food court upstairs offers good food options and the terrace in front of the place is beautiful, with views on Lady Liberty.

If you are visiting the World Trade Center Memorial or the Oculus, it is well worth your time to cross West Street to check out the Brookfield Mall. Many food choices . Luxury shops. Scenic views over the Hudson River and of the Oculus and the World Trade Center Memorial. Great for rainy days and free entry. Tip: the view... More

Great place to eat and have a seat (and a super clean bathroom) while downtown. Hudson Eats has many choices with Olive's being the place for coffee and breakfast.

Walked over the road after seeing the 9/11 memorial. What a great place. Classy and a great atmosphere. Expensive shops, lots of seating and a clean and trendy food court. It is however a bit pricey so be warned.
