This was a fantastic way of getting from A-B and seeing some sights along the way. We took the water taxi to Brooklyn Bridge stop so we could explore that end of town and walk both ways over the bridge. David was our guide on...More

We were in NYC for five days with a packed itinerary. Why waster two hours queuing for Statue of Liberty when the water taxi does for half the price. We used our NYC pass and just hopped on board. You go real close to Liberty,...More

This started badly, with counter staff taking ages to process tickets. They appeared to have problems with the most basic transactions. Then there was only only one boat running throughout the day, and generally turning up when it felt like it; it was very hot,...More

We bought the one day hop-on, hop-off Water Taxi tour. We used it just once, getting on the boat at Battery Place and getting off at the midtown stop at 42nd St. It was an excellent way to view the NYC skyline, the Brooklyn Bridge,...More

There are a lot of dishonest/inaccurate statements about this experience. First, it is not located at Pier 79, rather it has moved to Pier 83, although our vouchers said Pier 79. This detail caused us to miss our boat and wait another 60 minutes for...More
