I've seen this bridge from the cable car going to Roosvelt Island. I really recommend this point of view. The trip in the cable car is included in the metrocard and the view is breathtaking!

Love the architecture of this bridge & it's the 59th Street bridge as mentioned in the old '60's song. Lovely to see day or night.

Crossed this bridge while going to JFK airport from Times Square. Bridge itself is very impressive, huge and eye-catching. It is also known as 59th Street bridge built on East river.

the Queensboro Bridge is the bridge in Simon and Garfunkel's "The 59th Street Bridge" song , best view in my opinion is to take the cable car , sit back and enjoy the bridge and irs view.

I walked to the Queensboro Bridge along the East River Waterfront Promenade this morning, and had a ball taking pictures of the structure from several different angles. It is also a great walk over to Queens -- watch for bicycles, particularly on the early curves...More

Multi deck. bridge with a classic look. That is used by cars, bikers, joggers and walkers. It's classic look is wonderful and the close proximity to the tram is a plus and views are breath taking. A number of movies have included shots and story...More

I was amazed at how busy this bridge is for both bike and foot traffic. It's a long bridge and a great way to get some exercise.
