The view is the only thing to recommend here. It’s a tiny area which can get crowded quickly. Staff and bar staff were surly. Try a different rooftop bar and save yourself the elevator time

This bar has a nice view of the Empire State Building. It has an open roof which can be closed if needed. Nice place to have a drink in the evening.

You get a nice view and the cocktails are nice. Very quiet and barely any music though. Control check at the entrance seemed a bit over the top with questions etc.

Nice view of the Empire SB, cocktails were not so tasty and expensive (but in the average of NYC) and the personell could be more friendly. Nice location.
