BIGGEST SCAM EVER! They sold us a 12pm tour. When we arrived the attendant looked puzzled as they don’t have a 12 PM tour but rather a 1 PM. We waited an hour only to be told that they didn’t have enough people for the tour and cancelled our tour. I requested a refund which they denied. Thieves! …

We apologize there is a pandemic and we had to revise the schedule on emergency basis before the government shut the city down. We hope you join us when things better.

We had such a great day on this tour, saw well more than we thought we would and learned more than we thought possible. I think our day was about 5.5 hours total, not including our transportation to/from our hotel. It is definitely a lot of walking, I would recommend bringing some snacks/water in a backpack as other than snacks on the ferry you won't have a chance to get anything to eat. The best pictures of the Statue of Libery and NYC Skyline are of course on the ferry - so plan for that. People rush to find a seat on the ferry, but you may as well stay out on the deck so that you can take pictures. Tip your guide! I noticed other patrons didn't tip or didn't tip much and I thought that was super rude - TIP!!!…

Thank you for joining us. The best complement for a tour guide is tip and thank you for recognizing this. The best compliment for the future passengers is taking the time to write reviews so they can better understand the tour. Thank you

I’ve been on this tour before with a different tour group and it was wonderful so I booked it again only trough this company. The tour guide, Leanne was boring and uninformed, but I let that go. Then she started talking about the 9/11 memorial and I was excited to hear it from a New Yorkers perspective however all she talked about was a wire walker act that walked it and made it famous and basically that “New Yorkers thought the buildings were ugly anyways”, “they looked like salt and pepper shakers”. Nothing about the events that took place that day or the people who lost they’re lives or even her experience as a New Yorker that lived here during that period. I was very disappointed and honestly saddened because there were people in the group who were from a different country and she could have said soo much about the tragedy of that day and how America came together but basically all she said was well a guy walked across them once and they were ugly buildings anyways.…

I am very surprised to learn that you did not enjoy the tour with Leanne. She is a born New Yorker and always gets 5 star reviews. Absolutely people have different expectations and when you are back in ny I would love to have you join another guide for the ground zero experience.

This was an absolute eerie place to visit. Very quiet and solemn. It was a place to reflect and it takes you back in time to when it actually happened. We weren't in New York when it happened, but we felt the horror, sadness, anger, helplessness, hopefulness, the pride, the thankfulness of every first responders, the prayers for every family that this horrible act of inhumane hatred bestowed upon our incredible country. We all stuck together and we still stay strong. This didn't tear us apart, but it brought every American closer. And forever will. Seeing this Museum is something that will stay with you forever. Please take your time as you see all of the exhibits inside, it really is an amazing reflection of the attack on America that day, but also a reminder of the day that we all gathered together to become one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all!!!!…
