Lots of local restaurants and bagel shops line the UWS. Also the MONH is located right next to Central Park. You can spend the day walking through Central Park and then head over for a break at a local coffee shop!

This large neighborhood is essentially residential, although also the home of Lincoln Center and a bunch of museums. The avenue along Central Park is lovely. Lots of charming residential side streets.

This part of town has a lot more of the Old architecture of the city, which is great to see, a lot of grand 19th Century buildings and townhouses, so the best way to appreciate it is by going to see people that live in...More

Nestled between Central Park and the Hudson River, the
Upper West Side offers iconic architecture and a
quiet, residential respite from the buzzing energy of
downtown. Along Central Park West are many of the
city’s most iconic apartment buildings, as well as the
American Museum of Natural History, which has been
welcoming visitors to its historic exhibit halls for
over 140 years. Culture fans will love Lincoln Center,
