I thought the National Park service did a masterful job packaging this memorial as a “place that matters.” The exhibits covered several historic periods and themes, which the ranger did an excellent job of weaving together into a story about how events in this place...More

If you're walking around the Financial District, it is worth a stop just for a photo. Inside, there is a free exhibit offered which we did not see. Keep in mind, that this is not the original building but a reconstruction.

This historical place has a nice architecture. We stayed and sit by a bench here and watched as tourists like us walk by and take photos.

Situated in the heart of Wall Street, Federal Hall offers a glimpse into history and an opportunity to stand on the steps where our first president took his oath of office. Technically, they tore the original building down and reconstructed it, so while not entirely...More

This is a great place for those that love American history. See several artifacts inside from when George Washington took his oath of office. Beautiful inside as well.
