I love stopping by this park, The wife and I were poke-walking a few nights ago and stopped by to watch the guys play bocce. The park always looks packed, but really, you'll find empty seats, and occasionally a table, too. ;-)

A classic park with a very continental feel. The layout and botanical displays are stunning. A very sophisticated park with an air of tranquility within the bustle of the city. I used the restroom and it was remarkable. Very clean with a technological toilet seat...More

Take a walk through Times Square and travel east a few blocks and you will find Bryant Park. Green lawns, benches, coffee shop, a restaurant or two, a carousel, and more.

Beautiful park ideal for an alfresco break in the sunshine. This small park seems to be a social hub with people meeting to chill or play table tennis, ride on the carousel or people watch. Plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy broad range of...More

The park is located next to the library, and it's always busy (it seems) between 11 and 8pm. We walked by it one night around 11pm, and there were still people sitting around. Beautiful area to people watch and rest!

I have frequented Bryant Park many times and all seasons. There is always something to do and plenty to offer the entire family. I love the game options (ping pong, chess, board games, etc) and all the different eateries.

Get a good map. If you aren’t familiar with the subway walk, take a taxi or Uber. Think of Manhattan like distinct walking sections. On our first trip to NYC we took a car/taxi from our hotel to the 9/11 Memorial and... More

No it’s a small rink and most people are just leisurely skating. In fact, they have little plastic penguins and snowmen to aid children who need help skating. It’s just good fun for everyone.
