I stayed in the hotel located in this area very near to the Times Square. A lots of eateries, shopping outlets, bit crowded with traffic. Once happened to be very dangerous vicinity.

I stepped out of my hotel at the 44th St. and just started walking. After a while stumbled upon an area which turned out to be the Hell's kitchen. Distinct European feel, a small park, flea market, fabulous restaurants...the place seems to have it all....More

Hell's kitchen was an area of New York City where no-one went. It was scary, dangerous, drug ridden. Just the worst. The price of real-estate has changed all that. Just seeing the changes are just amazing.
