The theater is relatively small but we were able to get two seats on the aisle in the 8th row a day before the performance. There weren't a lot of empty seats on the lower level but there were some. I enjoyed the performance but...More
Dark theme about teenage suicide. Only two different sets for the whole show which is very modest in comparison to other high end shows. Music was good but not spectacular like most other Broadway shows. Paid over 400 per ticket which was way too much...More
A dark teenage subject of suicide but great acting and singing. Lead actor draws you in emotionally. After an aloof, high school classmate commits suicide, Evan Hanson pretends he was a good friend and falsely gains recognition and friends.
I thought it was well done, but didn't realize it was about teenage suicide. The songs weren't memorable to me and it just felt dark and depressing - as the theme suggests. Again, talented cast as all Broadway shows are, but for 200$ a ticket,...More

My favorites are Carmine's, Tony's Di Napoli and Bond 45. All are Italian and quick enough to go to pre theater. I always make a reservation and always have dinner at 6:00 for an 8:00 show. The restaurants are packed so you have to allow a little more time so you are not late to the theater. Many people like to have dinner after the theater. Personal choice.
NOTE- BROADWAY THEATERS HAVE ADOPTED A POLICY NOT TO SEAT LATECOMERS. BE ON TIME TO THE THEATER!
