Lights, huge screens, broadway theatres, people, sirens, shops - exciting to visit this iconic place. Good police presence, good crowd behaviour helped us feel safe at all hours.

A must see for anyone visiting NYC but not much of value. The lights and New Years ball are cool to see - bright as daytime all night long. Go a block or two in any direction and you'll find the real NYC.

I have been too many cities in the USA and in Europe and there is no site better than standing on 50th street, looking down 7th Avenue at Times Square. It is an amazing site and one not to be missed when visiting NYC.

This is the living heart of Manhattan. I was amazed by the lights and the huge screens. Incredibly busy area that never sleeps. Shops, restaurants, hotels, cafes, theaters everything is there. You can't come to Manhattan and not visit Times Square.

Walked through Times Square a few times, amazing to see the huge colourful electric billboards. All the hustle and bustle with shops and restaurants.

Don't know why anyone would stay there. It's overpriced, overcrowded, and noisy.
