We went to the top bar of the Rockefeller building and the views were lovely. You got a clear view of the Empire State Building. There is a tourist shop and cafe. On the lower ground is CBN which is worth a look.

The ice rink, the stores, the stores!, and places to grab a bite. If you want to see Top of the Rock, get reservations. It can be a long waiting line. Beautiful architecture, and over the top shopping.
