So worth the entry fee and the upgrade to go above the 86th floor. The views are amazing and so iconic! You can spend as muc( time as you want taking in the sites and photos!

the city pass gets you through the inital entry without queing, but once you're through that, you have to line up with everyone else - all the pass does is enable you to avoid the long queues for entry tickets.
