My first time in Utah and what an amazing way to see this beautiful state! Pat's knowledge, care and genuine concern for each of her guests was heartwarming and genuine. While the terrain was a bit challenging I never felt unsafe under her guidance. The horses are well cared for and clearly know their job! Katrina is hard working and... More

Had a fantastic five day trip starting from Capitol Reef National Park. The horses were well trained, sure footed and well matched to us. Owner Pat was professional, knowledgable, safety-conscious and fun. Wrangler Katrina and camp jack Roger were fantastic also. A great way to see lots of interesting trails in a beautiful part of the world.

We did the full day at Capital Reef with Brian. We had so much fun and saw the most beautiful scenery! Brian knew the area very well, and provided a wealth of knowledge. We would recommend this tour to anyone. We saw things that are impossible to see unless you go with a guide! Good equipment and a good lunch!... More

I just recently completed a five day camping trail ride tour of Capitol Reef with Pat Kearny and crew. I had an excellent experience. The riding was great, the country we explored was spectacular and the support staff, Katrina and Roger, were laid back but extremely competent. All the participants in our group were decent riders, and we had no... More

We've been on a camping trail ride with Pat and her crew from July 11th to July 16th. It was just great. The complete team was very skillfull and in all belongings super helpfull and supportive. Also the horses were very well trained and could be easily handled by one who more or less never was on a horseback before... More

On July 7th Pat took a group of us on trail. She was very professional in matching us to our horses. Some of us were experienced but I had not ridden a horse in over 50 years. We all did very well and the views were spectacular. Pat, tell Blue thanks for the ride-he was such a good horse! Thanks... More

My 13 year old daughter and I did the 5-day June 26 High Plateaus camping horseback ride trip with Hondoo. It was an amazing experience. Our guides were Pat, Rachel and Katrina, who were all very nice and helpful. The first day we rode about 5 hours up the mountain to our camp, located at about 10,200 feet elevation in... More

We certainly enjoyed getting to share this unique place we get to live and work. And the only way we can do that is because of the kind words from people like yourselves. Despite less than ideal weather great attitudes and smiles from everyone went a long way to making it a wonderful experience for us as well. More
