This drive is spectacular and best seen in the afternoon as that is the best time to take photos. Stop at each overlook as each one provides a different and unique view of The Canyon

This is the rim with Spider Rock and White House Ruin Overlook. It is the best of the canyon's drives and best done in the afternoon.

Took the drive in the late afternoon. Great views of the canyon and distant ruins on the canyon floor and other sites. The setting sun added great visuals.

Suggest driving from the Chinle entrance and visitor center to Spider Rock. Turnoffs will then be easy right turns. The farther stops also show the deeper canyon.

The drive is well worth it. The views at each of the stops are breathtaking. The road is in great condition.
