Very secluded - the road we took was 6 miles on dirt and gravel but worth it! Clear water, few people - could not go down the river as water was too low. Even the dogs loved it. Recommende for nature lovers!

Love this part of the river. We're headed to Tyler Bend tomorrow to see another part of the river. Glad they didn't damn it up!

You can do it yourself or through canoe rental. Most rental prefer reservations because it is hard to predict otherwise.
