Leaving Graceland and driving back up north, decided to head a little south to see what they had. On the drive saw Tupelo, Mississippi and decided we HAD to stop to see where Elvis was born. The 3 staff members we encountered welcomed us to the birthplace of Elvis, and welcomed us to Mississippi. They were so helpful, gave us... More

Took the opportunity to visit all the areas of the Elvis Presley Center. Been here many, many times and still find it exciting and something to see. Of note: It is quite a walk to the hilltop statue site. If you are disabled and not up to a big walk, there is a way to drive around back on a... More

This place has been improved nicely over the years to include a nice museum with plenty of photos and visuals and Elvis memorabilia. There's a nice video which lasts about 15 minutes re-enacting his years up to about 13 yrs old. The little birthplace house is amazingly small and quaint. And the church service multi-media presentation is the best.....sit near... More

Take time to reflect on a life cut too short. The church is well done and a surprise! The house is so tiny but typical of the era.

Great to see Elvis' birthplace. The museum is very informative. Only disappointment no photos - no doubt the restriction is in place because of those people who don't know how to turn off their flash! The experience in the church was fantastic - audio visual experience of a revival church service.

Elvis birth place. You may not want to go there if you are Black. The cashier has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. The tour is NOT worth $14. Total ripoff.

We had a wonderful time here. The grounds are beautiful. The restored home and church are small, but historically correct. They provided a unique look of the Elvis experience.

I thought nothing could add to my previous first trip to Graceland but traveling first this time to Johnnie's Drive In, eating near the Elvis Booth and then visiting the Elvis Birth Place museum in Tupelo added immeasurably to this second visit for me to Graceland. The folks at the original home for Elvis were very genuine, interesting and super... More

The museum was too expensive for our taste. If you are a die hard Elvis fan, I'm sure you won't mind paying $17. There is a lot to see for free!!! Walk around the outside of the house. Gardens, plaques with write-ups from his friends, a timeline, much more. Definitely worth a stop.

Thank Rebecca D
