We spent a couple days as tourists in Boston. Decided to book the hop on hop off Trolly and Harbor Cruise tours and enjoyed both. The guides were dynamic and informative. Definitely a great way to view and enjoy the city.

I went on a very sunny day so I can't really answer that. If they do go out they have an inside area you can stay in. Keep in mind they really pack in the people so I don't know if there would be enough room for all to be... More

Yes. We are permitted to take suitcase in the ferry. In fact ferry transportation is there to Logan Airport and people are carrying suitcases.

Most whale watch tours in New England only run during the summer into early fall. But you can try doing a whale watch tour google search just in case.
