I've been doing yoga for six years now which I absolutely love it I can't believe it's been that long already I decided finally to try inner strength studio. Even know I've been going to another studio when I realized on the schedule yet hot power yoga the only yoga I truly love. Charles was the instructor he was amazing it was the best I had ever felt any yoga studio in my Experience. The next day it was even better my whole body was so loose I am an avid exercise person who enjoys hard-core exercise and wants to a gym I definitely recommend trying the studio. The bonus was that I ended up speaking to the owner of the studio gave me a call welcoming me to the studio they also have a newcomers package which is a great deal to try out the studio …

I've been to this studio a few times, I really like how spacious it is. There's plenty of room to check in, separate changing rooms, and 2 bathrooms. The studio rooms are large so have never had a problem getting a spot. The teachers are welcoming and seem to be pretty experienced as well. I have been doing hot yoga for a few years so I understand what "hot" means... however I think they crank it up too high sometimes and keep it on for the entire class. It would be nice if they did offer a few classes a week that were not heated and also more classes on the weekends. That aside, I like coming here and will be back!…

I've been to Inner Strength several times, and I have to say, out of all the yoga studios I have visited, this is by far the best. I have been to studios where I felt I was being taught by bootcamp/aerobics fitness instructors turned yoga teachers. Inner Strength teachers are not like that at all. I have attended both Daniel's and Roman's classes, both are excellent teachers.…
