Me and a friend visited this brewery last weekend and had so much fun! After reading reviews, we decided to arrive early (around noon) to buy tour tickets for later in the day. There was plenty of free parking when we got there. When we came back later, we waited in line for only a few minutes before being let... More

This is the worst beer tour I have ever been on. The two leaders were dry and not really knowledgeable other than what you could tell was scripted to them in training. The beer was average and you only got poured maybe 2 sips of the beer. They didn't do anything to explain the tasting or what each ingredient did... More

The tour is really good and good value - staff really knowledgeable. The only down side is that a tasting tray of four samples is $11 - which is quite a bit higher than other breweries in the US.

Great beer and pretzels and the tour was extremely affordable, informative, and ends with a great tasting!

Grabbing lunch at a harbor front restaurant and stumbled upon this place. Very cool place - plenty of room, great bartenders and good beer. I would definitely recommend as a casual place to hang out and enjoy a beer (or 5!)

It was an excellent tour of the brewery ($5 per person). The pretzels were great and tasty paired up with their selection of beer.

This is a fun experience. Tour guide was upbeat, entertaining, and knowledgable. The pretzels in the beer hall were delicious, and the beers tasty. On the tour you get essentially unlimited tastes from the beers they are actively brewing (for a nominal $5). Then you can drink more in the beer hall. What is not to like?

If you love beer then do not miss this place. The range of beers on offer is excellent and the beer hall has a really great feel. We didn't do the tour as once you've seen one brewery you've pretty much seen them. Would recommend.

Totally recommend this brewery! My husband make an effort to try out every brewery we can and this definitely gets out stamp of approval. Great beer selection and the pretzels are amazing. Weekends and summers are crazy busy to plan ahead to stand in line.

Neighbourhood Profile
Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.
