Half the experience for us was finding the place - it's located in a lower-level off the main road. The personality of the place perfectly fits in with the River Arts District, and the beer and furnishings totally hit the spot!

Dropped in at the Wedge Brewery with a few hours to kill. The beers were excellent and the ambiance was low key, casual, and fun. Plenty of peanuts with the brew. Didn't check out the food trucks, but it's a good idea. Don't dress up.

This is the definition. Of Riverarts area. Great vibe. Great patio. Great beer. (Wish they did have a better cider on tap though just my opinion) the place is clean and big and next to 12 bones. Yummy.

The best brew we encountered on our Asheville brewery tour. A great venue near the river with a railroad nearby in a little art district.

Absolutely cosy and relaxing place by the river edge in the hipster area of Asheville. The brews were tasty and service was nice. The sun was shining and life was good. What else would I need?

We love the Wedge. It is a healthy but do-able walk from downtown, which you should consider, since they have so many great brews that you don't want to have to drive home. You will be outside, so come in good weather and plan to...More

If you are in the art district drop in for a Belgium triple or one of the other local draft beers to enjoy outside near the railroad tracks.

Very good beers and interesting ambiance. Food truck serving pizza outside. Did not try but will be back with the wife.
