Step back in time to the segegated 1950's, and the famous Woolworth lunch counter. The artists wares were also quite fascinating - we did indulge in lunch at the Woolworths Counter - a must ! as well as some local artists goods. Worth a visit...More

Great venue for viewing and purchasing art and experiencing the classic counter/table at Woolworth’s—egg creams, et al...what fun.

This was a lovely art studio with pottery, glassware, textiles, paintings, and so much more. You can wander around without anyone trying to sell you something. Just enjoy the variety and creativeness of the artists.

Asheville has done a great job of turning an old five and dime into a noteworthy gallery! Very fun to poke around - I didn't eat at the ice cream counter, but it seemed like a fun combination with the gallery.

Old-time soda fountain and gallery of local artists. Food, drinks, and art were way too expensive! Soda was $2 but was 2 oz with a bunch of ice. Just look and buy your refreshments elsewhere.

Lots and lots of artisans have their art on display to purchase. Old fashioned lunch counter gives that old fashioned vibe. Don't miss arts downstairs.. plenty to see

This place was great. It showcased the talent of the people of the Asheville area. The prices were fair and it was cool to walk around. My wife bought some pottery and jewelry.

Malted shakes, deli sandwiches, and soda pulls? What could be better! Loved sitting at a Woolworth's counter for lunch! And walking around the art stalls is a great way to let the yummy lunch digest afterwards.

Loved all the artists that had booths and the lunch was what you would expect at a Woolworth' counter.

This is an indoor artist mall. Two floors. Prices go from very competitive to high. When parking, it’s best to use the parking garage (it’s cheap and easy) versus the street. They close around 6. They kept the old fountain counter and there are some...More
