Springtime brings fresh flowers. Summertime means fresh vegetables. Great place to buy a watermelon or peaches or tomatoes. Fall means Apples and pumpkins. December means Christmas trees.

Yes there fun things here, but get ready to empty your pockets. Not sure I would ever to have an opportunity to open a jar of hot pepper pickled quail eggs.

This farmer's market was full of so many fun things. Some eclectic, some very useful. There was also a ton of fresh and preserved produce. Many vendors accepted cards (with minimum purchases, often) which made our impromptu visit both convenient and enjoyable.

Every vender treats you like family. Souvenirs and items for every taste, farm fresh products and crafts galore. Plenty of parking, huge area full of hard to find natural products. I sampled and couldn’t resist buying a couple of pounds of the delicious cheese.

Great fresh vegies and eggs. Good prices and lots to choose from. The vendors are very friendly. A fun stop on our trip.

The fruits and veggies are tasty and perfect, there's lots of choices in herbs, spices, bread, pastries and more. Enjoy the bounty of North Caroline growers.

This place is amazing, split into different areas and lots of local farmers selling local produce. We loved it and would recommend to all foodies.

Great place for local fresh produce and preserved edibles. The garden center has high end, unique garden items, plants and trees that you just don't find at other garden centers or big box centers. The koi pond out back is a must see!

We went in thinking that this would be a big, local produce experience and left feeling like it was mostly larger farming operatives. I am accustomed to small farmer's markets where local produce is at the forefront with an emphasis on unique goods. We came...More

Yes a select few sell organic items. I also suggest ALDI on River Road in Asheville for organic foods. They have a good selection as well as good prices.
