If you are antiquing for jewelry or small items, this is probably not the place to go to. If you want big furniture pieces that are pretty good quality and great price, this is the place for you. It's a REALLY large antique barn for REALLY big pieces, so it is unique in that capacity. If you like to putter... More

My wife and I do a lot of antique store hopping when we leave from out of town and we heard North Carolina was one of the best places for it one of the places that is advertised a lot in magazines and newspapers is an antique shop called antiques Tobacco Barn. Let's just say that this place did not... More

Husband and I have been here several times over the past 5-6 years. We love this place! Can find something to purchase every time we go, though we don't always allow ourselves to do such. A lot of booths have average quality, semi-antiques at good prices. Can find some rare and hard to find items.

This is the best antique place we have visited. You can spend hours here, it is so big! Prices a bit high but everything is perfectly organized, staff friendly and helpful. Too bad it isn't heated, but big place!

This was a perfect rainy day activity. There is a lot to look at and it was huge. The employees were very nice and offered a lot of suggestions for food and things to do.

We had visited several years ago and really enjoyed it. I was not as impressed this time. The booths were not as well organized and there were many reproductions. It would be good for some furniture as we saw several dining room suites and some cabinets. The prices were ok. The access and parking were tight. Nice place to amuse... More

Full of crazy stuff at reasonable prices. If you go in the cold months be forewarned it is a legit big metal shack...no climate control. Totally worth a visit!

Giant! Cool little spot to spend a bit walking around and interesting stuff to find. Definitely worth a stop just to walk through and check out.

My first recommendation is to come right when they open or before that if you're coming on a weekend, because they don't have a ton of parking. If it's during the week you're probably fine. We came on a Thursday around noon and there were still spots, but my mom came on a weekend and they drove around and around... More

Tobacco Barn is a must when in Asheville. Give your self plenty of time because there is a lot to take in and pick. If you are looking for it they will have it from old glassware to old jail cell doors they have it all. Staff is very helpful and parking is easy.
