Go to the Baltimore during the Christmas season it is so worth the extra money to see the trees lit up at night. There were so many and in some rooms there more than one. In one room they had a tree for each season that was really cool.

Beautiful. Went on a rainy day but was great. Lots of artifacts from the era. Gardens are not great in winter but grounds are still beautiful.

Had a great time at the Biltmore and was even allowed to take pictures with my own camera which was really cool. Learn new things every time I go. It's so beautiful yet sickening at the same time. If only I could be a hundredth as rich!

This was not our first visit to Biltmore House. We visited in February after the Christmas decor had been removed, and before most of the flowers were blooming. Still, we found the costumes from various period films placed in the different rooms to be interesting, making the scenes to come alive. Yes, go early in the day. The guides told... More

The tour of the house was amazing! The surrounding estate was also beautiful. The only downside is that they charge extra for a lot of the side tours that take place in the rest of the house. The main tour still shows a good bit of the house.

The Biltmore is a one-of-a-kind location. Not just the house, but the grounds, the farm, the village. If you only see the house, you are missing a lot. Different seasons also offer different experiences. Plan on getting a lot of exercise walking around, including walking from the parking area to the house. The only real problem is the price. There... More

Our first time here and it was great! We will be back because we didn;t get to see it all and the gardens weren't ready in February. We are already planning a return visit! This is a Must See!

Go early if you plan a one day trip, go early if you are going on weekends or long weekends... The Biltmore House alone will take 2-3 HRS... Then you need to spend sometime in the gardens with your camera which will take another 1 hour or so.. then the Village + Wine tasting another 1 hr or so.. so... More

Everyone told us that we had to see the Biltmore if we were in Asheville and it's easy to see why. The architecture and details of this Beaux-Arts home are breathtaking. Unfortunately, the gardens were not in bloom given the time of year of our visit, but the conservatory made up for it with its amazing orchid display. A bit... More
