We stayed at the Inn at the Biltmore. It's expensive but worth. From the moment you enter the lobby you can enjoy amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a magnificent huge fireplace that you can sit and enjoy a cocktail while you get toasty. We got the B&B package which included an amazing breakfast in the formal... More

Everything about the property was gorgeous and well maintained and though I enjoyed my visit I did not feel the tour of the mansion was necessary. The garden and arboretum was my favorite part. So tranquil and beautiful compared to any I've seen before. The winery and shops were highly disappointing, please do not purchase wine or gifts from this... More

This was my second visit to the house. We came in the spring about 3 or 4 years ago and came back to take a friend who had never seen it. My biggest suggestion is if you have a choice, pick the spring over the summer. The gardens are 20x more beautiful in the spring and the crowds are a... More

We enjoyed the day at the Biltmore. I would definitely spend the money and get the audio tour to get a full understanding of the Biltmores and the construction of the house. It was very interesting to see how this massive house was constructed and the details that went into it. Plan on a day if you want to see... More

Took the sell guided walk through the house and gardens. Gorgeous. Loved the indoor garden with fresh flowers everywhere. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Very pricey, but worth doing at least once.

First time year in about 8 years since we have eaten here. Started with some Tasso ham croquettes that were okay. Little flavor, but the dipping sauce was incredible. For our main meal we got the sampler feast for two. As you can see from the picture, the portions were massive. Three adults could have easily been filled by the... More

My wife and I spent three days and two nights on the estate and the first thing I would say is, not enough time. There is so much available to do and see on this estate including visual splendor, natural expanse, historical significance, and physical activities. We stayed on the property, which I do recommend, and this allowed us to... More
