Arches National Park 4x4 Adventure from Moab

540 reviews
Avoid the crowds at Arches National Park with this 4x4 adventure, with multiple departure times, that takes you off road to explore the rocky terrain of the park from areas where only rugged vehicles can go. Not only can you see fossilized dinosaur tracks, Tower Arch, and Marching Men on your guided tour, but you’ll have access to ice water and lemonade to keep you cool even in the heat.

Our family enjoyed this hike and seeing Corona Arch. It was different due to a ladder, a cable, and posted rods on the incline of the rock surface. Enjoyed every minute.

Our family of five really enjoyed the hike to Corona Arch. The hike is fun, and our kids really enjoyed the parts with the ladder & chains that you need to hold onto. There are parts where you have to be careful, but we didn’t find it scary at all. And the views of both Bow Tie Arch and Corona Arch are great. Fewer crowds and a nice drive along the Colorado River were added benefits of this hike.

This was a great hike but if you have mobility issues it could be challenging due to the ladders you need to climb.

The arch is easily accessible from the parking lot. It is about a 60 minute round trip walk to the arch. It is not nearly as crowded as the State & National parks. The views of the arches and the areas on all sides of the trail are outstanding!

The Bow Tie / Corona Arch hike is reasonable for anyone and the views are fabulous. You will be amazed at the scale and the contrast of the red rocks against the blue sky.
