We turned on to 128 out of Moab along the Colorado. It’s exciting to be driving along river that created these canyons. As you drive along you experience the beauty of the canyon walls. For campers and rvers there are a number of pull offs for dry camping.

This was our second time taking Hwy 128. So glad we had the opportunity since we didn't remember much of the first time. Loved it! Lots of campgrounds along the way. Primitive ones, but all had campers & tents filling them. Lots of bikes on the road. Be careful! Speed limit is lower than 55 through much of it. Take your time & enjoy!…

We drove this parkway in the early morning on our way from Moab back to Salt Lake City. The views of the Colorado River against the red rock canyon were gorgeous.
