Due to the crowds and limited time to see Arches National Park we booked a 4-hour jeep tour into the park from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. NAVTEC was conveniently located across the street from our lodging at Comfort Inn and Suites. I'm not sure what...More

When it says rafting I was expecting us to be in a raft with oars that we could paddle around on, but we just sat in a raft while our guide paddled us around. It was little more boring then I was expecting. There was...More

This year we went on an oar boat. Our guide Ladd was an incredible guide. He did an amazing job keeping the raft safe while going down the rapids. He was an extremely friendly, fun and very knowledgeable guide. All the staff we encountered at...More

We met at the storefront in Moab. After a long wait, we were loaded into a van that would take us up the river to start our rafting experience. We sat right behind the driver. He was such a nice guy, but you would think...More

Overall disappointing experience. Vehicles were enclosed - no open air experience typically provided on jeep trips - made worse because they were dirty. The driving crews came across as unprofessional: no uniforms, several in flip-flops. Our driver was very nice but clearly inexperienced, making the...More

My wife and I signed up for the afternoon 4x4 trip through Arches. We started the trip going through the back entrance of the park due to construction at the front. Ana and Hunter were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered every question we...More

My husband and I took the 4x4 off roading adventure with Ana and Hunter in Arches national park. They were amazing guides who I trusted completely. We had some harrowing rocks to traverse and tricky terrain but I never felt unsafe. They took us to...More

We booked the Canyonlands White Rim Tour and a half day Arches tour and Navtec did not disappoint! Hunter was our guide for both trips and he was great! Extremely informative and an experienced driver, especially when we went off road in Arches. I highly...More

On a very hot day, a float down the river is just what the Dr ordered. We were picked up from our hotel and then shuttled up river about 30 minutes or so. After a safety talk we put in. We had a few sections...More

Do all of these Arches/Canyonland tours require some degree of hiking. I'm a big guy, and I'm not sure I'm up for hikes in the heat of summer, even with lots of cold water available. :)

You do not have to hike, if it is too tiresome for you. I would check with Navtec office about the details of the tour you would like to go. Remember that dry heat is much better tolerated than heat with humidity, so you... More

I would like to know how the road work in Arches is impacting the 4 x 4 tour? Also, is this suitable for a 6 year old? How many people in a vehicle. We might be 4 adults and 1 child. And, we are thinking of staying at Moab under Canvas. Is that a pickup point?

Hi MandMR14! Since our tour of Arches Nat'l Park is primarily a Backcountry Tour, meaning we're on the 4x4 trails of the Park, we haven't been affected by the construction too much. We run Toyota Landcruiseres on these... More

My husband and I will be coming through the Moab area on May 24 and 25. He has an aphasia Dementia and jeep rides, river rafting bother him. I think he could hike, but not for long periods of time or for long distances. What would be our best way to see this wonderful area? I am not opposed to driving, but think I would get more out of it with a tour guide.
