We swung by here bc I heard it was a must-see Road Side Attraction. Not quite. Pass it up. The only positive is some odd pics of their sign painted on the rock and the Jeep covered in license plates.

We did not really enjoy this place, we were going to go on the tour, but it is very over priced. The gift shop seemed a bit overpriced as well. We were there during off season, but the people at the general store had to go find ice for my soda because the ice machine wasn't turned on. And it... More

I have been here several times and its always a pleasure to return. This time I brought my 4 kids to their petting zoo which is always so nice to see the kids feed the animals. Their animals are very well taken care of and so fun to feed. The museum is very interesting to see and remarkable that a... More

The Hole N" The Rock is actually a home you can tour (for a price). It's history is very interesting, but the price is steep for a 12 minute tour. If you like roadside attractions you will probably like this place. There was also a petting zoo that we did not go see.

Took my son to see this place, it was a little weird inside, but memorable. There are more kid friendly things to do since I have been there. It is a thing to see because of how unique and interesting this place is.

Hole N The Rock is an intriguing place located on Highway 161 south of Moab. At this location during the 1940-50's, Albert and Gladys Christensen, who owned this land at the time, blasted and removed earth material from the rock face to create a 14 room, 5000 sq. foot home. The grounds are open from 9-5pm and tours of the... More

I wouldn't want to live inside a rock. I loved the old fashioned phone on the wall and the history beside it.

This is a great place to stop and see for yourself. It is an actual house built inside the side of a rock mountain. It was built in the 50's and 60's so it is very much like that period inside. It is a great side trip or even a short destination for a break. They have restrooms and a... More
