9 of us were at Union Square today ready to go but the guide didn’t show. We texted him and he said he was sick. It should have been cancelled on the website to save us the trouble.

Jay was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Victorian houses, as well as being an excellent communicator. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore the history of local architecture. Jay's lunchtime recommendations were useful too!
