We took a late afternoon bay cruise under the Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz. It gave us a look at the under side of the bridge and the back side of Alcatraz Island. There was commentary on the different towns on the bay, we...More

The cruise around the bay was great. The commentary was informative and funny. Staff were helpful on cruise, but rude at ticket office. You can get cheaper cruises, but not sure if you get commentary. Snacks and drinks available, but pricey.

Took the 1230 on a Saturday and had a tremendous time. The Golden Gate bridge was shrowded in fog but beautiful from underneath. Then Alcatraz, Bay Bridge and AT&T. Even spotted a whale and 2 harbor seals. A great time.

We booked the sunset cruise 2 months before our trip, so we lucked out when the weather cooperated. It was sunny, not foggy, not too windy or cold. There was a beautiful sunset. We were told to eat dinner ahead of time because only light...More

We took the 12:30pm 90 minute Bridge to Bridge cruise. First, even though they suggest arriving at 12:15, we arrived at noon, the tour buses arrive between 12:05 and 12:10, there were at least four loaded buses we could see. The tour is narrated on...More

Most foggy early morning but depends on time of year. I you purchased a ticket - there will be room. Plenty of space on their boats.

We went the last week of November, which I believe is the winter schedule and it was approximately 2.5 hours.
