Came upon this par unexpectantly and was glad I did! There are wonderful views of the bay and the city. You'll also find a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a dog park for our four legged friends. Worth a stop if your in the neighborhood

This park offers great views of both the city and San Francisco bay (albeit in between high rise buildings), and offers you plenty of space for quiet time, picnics, family time and tai-chi. There are plenty of picnic benches and grass areas (in both shade and sun), with a large play park for young children close to the park toilets.... More

Relaxed small park with some nice elevated views of surrounding area. Athletic courts, picnic areas, quite a few benches and places to sit and chill out. There is a play area for kids and concrete pathways for walking all around the park. Views in all directions (when the fog has lifted!).

I don't think I've ever seen restrooms this clean in a public park. The gated play area is pretty spectacular, too, if you have kids age 10 and under. The park over all seems very well kept. I must admit, after spending a few days in the city, I started to expect all public facilities to be marinating in the... More

We brought our 2 year old here and she (and us) loved it! The play park's ground is rubberized and there are a lot of activities for kids. The park itself is also very nice as it's located on the highest point of the street and you have very nice views of the city. The restrooms are very clean too!

Did a walk around the square and had a look at the recommended walking tour online before I went. Lots of very pretty houses and interesting architecture. Worth the visit.

This is a local hang out mostly occupied by the children and dogs of well to do residents, high above Fisherman's Wharf. Some of the approach streets have gradients that might deter all but the hardiest walkers but are liberally dotted with stylish old houses and manicured gardens. A panoramic approach to the Golden Gate and views of water that... More

What a gem of a park! It's clean, there's an amazing playground area for kids of all ages, and a cute little off-leash dog area. Loved it!
