It was fun to tour the Eureka. It's a $10 fee curated by the National Park Service. The boat must have been beautiful in it's day, but the NPS is not taking very good care of it. It has some rotting wood, etc...made me sad....More

Hyde Street Pier is the home of the Eureka a steam ferry that provided the link from San Fansico to Marin prior to the Golden Gate Bridge. Has some interesting old cars and historical pictures and menu of food served back then with prices. It...More
