As a local, I know how snobbish the staff at Neiman's can be, and continues to be. I was shopping for shoes for my rehearsal dinner, my wedding and my reception late afternoon on Tuesday. Never once did a salesman, and they were all men...More

Besides shopping at Neiman Markus the biggest find the is the beautiful old historic building it is in. This is one of my favorite places to shop on Union Square. I especially love eating lunch in the Rotunda! Love those popovers. My most happy times...More

I went shopping at Nieman-Marcus. During the holiday season, they also have a very large wonderful Christmas tree that reaches up to the decorative ceiling. Its so beautiful.

An oasis in the chaos of Union Square. A beautiful foyer with soaring glassed dome. Displays lovely and spacious. Staff polite and welcoming without being pushy. It was lovely to browse the beautiful items they have for sale. Pricey. You may not buy but they...More

Do not go for the shopping. Must go to see the architecture. Doesn't take long but is worth the walk.

Neiman Marcus is in overpriced department store, not an attraction. Go into take a look at some of the interesting architecture and the ridiculous price tags.

Glamorous to some, over the top to others - a lovely old building but all I could feel was a lot of "beautiful" staff, perhaps more than shoppers looking bored amongst the glitz.

A beautiful building with top end brands. This is the ultimate in shopping. If you can't afford the prices of the clothes you can still enjoy the elegant ambiance!

The rotunda is gorgeous, with a wonderful, historic skylight. There is a nice little cafe at the top of the rotunda, fun for a coffee or drink and maybe a snack. A nice stop if you're a fan of historic architecture, otherwise just another Nieman-Marcus.
