I like walking here when I visit because it is right on the Bay and mostly flat. You can walk from the Marina to the Golden Gate Bridge. There is a slope up as you approach the bridge. It can be breezy.

The kids were not interested, we rode through on our way to the Golden Gate Bridge. I was glad that we did not dedicate too much time.

Perfect location to go for a jog, have a picnic or just relax. Offering picture perfect views, this vast green area also has an interesting history of being a former airfield.

Chrissy field is a classic destination for SF natives and tourists alike. You can take a stroll while taking in the views of the bay and all for free. A great spot to take a classic Golden Gate Bridget photo.

Great vantage point for viewing the Golden Gate Bridge, lots of room to spread out and wander around. I do wish I would have known you cannot walk under the bridge from here, there is a dead end with a fence!

This area is really amazing. I have done it so many times, I almost take it for granite! The trail is nice and flat, and offers sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay. Great place to run, as it is not asphalt. Each step you...More

A flat bit on your cycle ride to the bridge. No need to push along the road, there is a path beside the water most of the way. Parking & toilets.

the bus to the Precede will drop you close to the path that goes down to the path under the bridge, I believe. There is also a bus on Marina Way or whatever it is that goes to it directly and that can be transferred to form... More
