You can’t think of San Francisco without this place. There is parking but you have to pay. However, it is worth it. There are paces to eat. Very nice place.

The wharf complex is a main tourist attraction. It has plenty of clothing, souvenirs and seafood restaurants. It is also hub public transport/tourist bus area to other areas. A maritime exhibition is also located there. Nearby is Ghirradelli Square for chocolate and ice cream lovers....More

It's a public place with mid range dining options. Street sea food shops may be visited. Some old warships and submarines are docked. Some birds can be spotted around being fed by tourists. Alcatraz island is visible.
