What a beautiful piece of architecture! I took a short walk from the parking locates aside of the bridge, which is easier to find an empty spot and stay away the crowd. The farther you stand, the better shape of the bridge you get in your picture (especially for selfies)

This is a beautiful bridge, particularly at night. It is lit up with some beautiful lighting. Be sure not to miss one of San Francisco's landmarks.

This is what I thought last year as traveling over this fantastic bridge, but to my surprise I received a fine and one for not paying on time a few months later. This year I googled the bridge and found out you have to pay before, online. They've removed the tolls,so most travelers will be unaware. This is why I gave it... More

I've seen the bridge many times, but never was able to visit it. Now after actuall seeing it, it is HUUUGE!! It is and was a massive undertaking to build that thing!! Took the tour for it and it was great!! TONS of photo opportunities!! You will not be disappointed if you choose to go!! Recommended to everyone!!!

Iconic bridge to drive over and plenty of vantage points on the northern end to fill up a small memory card. The small harbour on the north east side of the approaches offers a nice panorama. A must see for SF.

It truly is as beautiful as you think it is. There is a parking lot you can stop and get out to take pictures of the entire bridge, with other breathtaking views of the bay.... What a site!

This is something you have to do just to say you have been there!...The history of the bridge was informative about how they painted it. On the other side is a great place to visit Muir Woods and Sausalito.
