Of course I’ve also included this place in my travel plans: the red steel monster called Golden Gate Bridge is very impressive. It was once the largest bridge in the world, but today it’s only number 8 on the list of international bridges. From the other side you can enjoy a magnificent view of the bay of San Fransisco. A... Traffic moved smoothly. You can also walk or bicycle over the bridge. Georgeous views. Clean. Very nice drive. A must see!

The bridge is impressive to say the least, giant chained by iron rods. Unfortunately I had just one day so had to see only at night time, with no mist hanging over the bridge, but was beautiful anyway.

After travelling North on the Bridge, we turned left onto the Hills where a complete view of the City and Bridge was in sight. The view is breathtaking from any location. Continuing the narrow road further you will have another breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. This is a must trip if you want to see the beauty of this... More

Recommend to visit on a sunny day and walk across the bridge. We walked from north vista point to south as from the north you can enjoy the beautiful view of San Francisco Bay. Along the bridge you can also enjoy the view of Alcatraz island.

Myself and my family(kids 17,15 and 10) hire ones from blazing saddles to do this trip, and what a trip it was. You need to be prepped for a 5 hour trip with a decent stop over on the other side for lunch. And loads of stopping for awesome photos. The ride is arduous at times but do not put... More
